Stephen Sigal, MD

After training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology at Yale, Dr. Sigal moved to Tyler in 1991, practicing with Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas, before founding Sigal Heart Center in 2002. In 2016 he joined the Heart and Vascular Center at Titus, where he practices general and interventional cardiology. He also has strong interests in the early detection of disease, preventative care, and lifestyle management “Practicing evidence-based medicine allows us to provide the right care to the right patient at the right time.”
